Refunds and Returns
Tugs are hand made and on a rare occasion a defect may occur. If you received a pair of damaged Tugs we will happily replace or refund them for you (excluding shipping and processing charges). Otherwise we will accept returns in the original packaging if you Contact Us within 30 days of the shipping date. You must include the original packing slip that came with your order. This policy only applies to Tugs purchases directly from the company website at www.shoptugs.com.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by Contacting Us before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, you must adhere to our refund or return policy.
Delivery
Purchases are delivered with the United States Postal Service. Orders should be shipped no more than five days after placing your purchase. We will not ship or take orders outside of the continental United States.
